Turkish language was never even added afaik.

Chinese im not sure about i think the game actually launched in Asia a bit later than rest of the world, but no idea if someone has those client files and if there is any additional language pack. There is Korean myp file but its incomplete afaik with no full voiceovers.

Do not Work for German today. What can i do to get the quests to German?

To switch quests to German, navigate to the game's settings menu. Look for the language or localization option and select 'German' or 'Deutsch' to enjoy quests in your preferred language.
