in other words: ranting about a more objective focused SC instead of spawncamping ones is just laughable. You can zerg and deathmatch as much as you want in oRvR

I havent been in game yet so cant judge. I did always think scs in war wouldnt work as just flag caps. The flags are too far apart, players cant get between them fast enough and they take to long to cap. I expected it to turn into everyone riding all over the place for most of the sc.

It works in swtor because it takes about 10s to get from flag to flag and you just click to cap. Even then someone has to stand on their todd for 10 minutes guarding one. I dont bother as its too boring.

Temple of Isha had the right idea. 1 flag 1 deathball.

This is more of a problem for Nordenwatch than the other two SCs, but I do agree with you, and I think we should tweak capture speed and possibly movement rate (via mounts) at some point until we find something that keeps both flags and combat relevant.

The other option is to put more players into the SC, since it's clear the flags are having the desired effect.

EXACTLY see i like how scs are now more "objective based gaming" since day one i rolled my eyes at people bashing each other at mid and ignoring that your flags have be capped by the enemy for the past 1 minute, kills dont win you scs people objectives do

And just like noise said you wanna duel/zerg/dm go do orvr

The only frustrating thing is when you bos bug out like norden does, we lost an sc cause the flag couldnt be capped

Agree with Zabis, cant count the amount of times im healing ppl or save someone from near death only to have them flee midfight to go and capture a flag, leaving me and whoever else in a bad situation and possible death.
It is nice tho to see fights away from the spawn points in Reik factory but you can bet given alot of players would rather run from fights to capture flags that i aint healing anymore, more rewarding to go solo and dps, sadly this shouldnt be the case in a team/group focused environment.

1 sc without flags for pvp(team deathmatch style) would be amazing but picking the right map might be tricky because no doubt spawn camping would be alot more common then in normal sc's.

if you increase the capture rate of flags you should only do it for 2+ people, other wise 1 wh/we can shutdown a scenario w/ back capping... even if you fix flags being capped while invis.

Or you could just lower the amount of points a triple cap gives from giving 3x the points to 2x the points, that alone will prolong some scenarios. I can't count how many scenarios were just getting fun before abruptly ending with the scoreboard over your screen. I've been in some nordenwatch and goe scenarios that literally lasted 2 minutes, that is way too fast. I love getting emblems fast but at the expense of a good match, it's not worth it.
