Fun comes when you play class that suit your playstyle, I love mSH and Mara, I tried healer to rr60+ but its boring for me. Try out everything, RoR is free to play, cosntantly improving, T1 is pretty active, ignore whiners on forum and most important, find a group, there is no fun losing, and running solo is only for tryhards.

First, the unhelpful but still correct answer: Play what you want.
But you asked what's our most fun class. For me, it's Marauder.
I have and can heal with Shaman, but trying to pug just makes me go back to marauder. No one guards, everyone splits up everywhere making sure they are out of my casting distance, then complaining about " no heals. " Meantime Order focuses the healers every time. So it's a waste.
