Unplayable Character Bug

Hello,

Please help with an issue I'm having with one of my characters.

Character name: Ellysiara
Chracter guild: N/A None
Character level: 40/71
When it started happening: 6/18/23 around 3am PST
Where was the character: Inevitable City

Logging into this character results in a "dead" status and the abilities of the previous loaded character on the skill bars. I am able to move around but not able to use any skills nor interact with anything. All the currency tokens are gone. The character is unable to log out nor quit the game due to the "dead" status. I am able to be resurrected by other players, then can interact with the world objects and abilities work again. But trying to load into a new area will crash the character to the character select screen. Trying to load the character again after that results in the character crashing back to the character select screen, along with any other characters that I try to load. Shutting down the game with the task manager then restarting the launcher solves the problem with not being able to load the other characters, but the issue with the character Ellysiara returns again. Every time Ellysiara loads in, the status is dead and shows the abilities of the previous loaded character. Please help with this problem. Thank you.

Ah ****, sounds like this bug. RIP my dude.

Last year I and a few others were affected by it as well. The issue persisted for several months and was only resolved when the devs moved the server. Seems like the issue was never resolved in the first place.
