Connect button Gray

Hi,
I have just installed the client and strictly followed the instructions (Install DX9, unset read only, no secure things on my side to unblock, my local firewall allow the client) but when i ran the launcher, the connect button is gray (Web server red and Login server yellow).
I run the game from the US.

I can see that the server is actually online...

I followed these steps : viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2889
(runs cmd as admin)

netsh winsock reset catalog (resets winsock entries to install values)
netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log (resets ipv4 to install values)
netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log (reset ipv6 to install values)

+ restart the computer, it's still the same

I stopped my firewall and it's the same.
I have only one log file : launcher.log

You can try moving it out of C:\ReturnOfReckoning-September2022\Warhammer Online - Return of Reckoning to your desktop or a different Drive (Such as D:/ ). Make sure Read only on the folder is turned off, as well as making sure that your read/write permissions are set correctly.

Thank you for the advice unfortunatelly, I moved it to the desktop and double checked the read only files + permissions, it still KO.

You can try moving it outside of the ReturnOfReckoning-September2022 folder and just have it be Warhammer Online - Return of Reckoning
(C:/Warhammer Online - Return of Reckoning instead of C:/ReturnOfReckoning-September2022/Warhammer Online - Return of Reckoning)

I tried already, I wanted to play it again after many years but I guess this is not a stable release and this is free so no complain.

Yes, I can.
I read an old post that was stating that we need a VPN to run the game from the US.
Is it the problem ?
