NPC maybe missing for quest "Uzkular"?

I tried running the quest Uzkular from KaK and it sends you to a Mourkain Tomb in Marshes to kill an npc named Flesheater there.

The tomb itself is easy enough to find, but there is no such npc in the entire cave. I made a video to show the whole cave: https://streamable.com/g41dqi

Could it be that it was forgotten to be added to the game? Has anyone finished this quest?
