I would recommend just taking every skill from Path Of Mork tree and the m4 morale.

Tactics:
-Restorative Burst
-Extra special mushroom
-Aint done yet
Last tactic is your choice, whatever you prefer

Morales:
1. Divine favor
2. Focused mind
3. Divine protection
4. Feelz no pain

Renown points I would put mostly to Futile strike and then heal crit, don't bother with willpower.

If you do warbands often then I highly suggest you go for FotG. If you position well you will outheal everyone else. If you get some choppa crack (chop fasta) you will perform like a machine and remember if you have at least 1 healing career mechanic point then you can cast FotG on the move.

I would go Gunbad-left-Wing to get Helm and Hands. Also make Beastlord for 3 piece-bonus Armor, rest take Conqueror. Next go to BB/BE (city-dungeon) to get Sentinel. At these point its up to you.

Your Gear could be:
3 Sentinel (Helm, Hands, Jewelry)
3 Beastlord (Back, Jewelry, Book)
4 Conqueror (Shoulders, Chest, Belt, Shoes)
2 Genesis (Aspect, Remnand)

With Sentinel you allready got the Vanq-Ward, but you could replace Conqueror thru Vanquisher (4-Piece-AP-Prog), at this point you can switch out AP-Tactic. Now you can try to get some BS groups, to skip Invader-set if you want to. Or skip Vanquisher and go for 5 pieces Invader. Not shure about that, i would only skip one as its a long way to SoV. Sorry, my shaman were at this point before the ward-system was introduced, so i had to go for Invader anyways.

I was running WP/Wounds-Talis in Staff and Wounds in Gear.

With 40/44 you can spec like this

For me "Fury of da green" was the way to go.

4th tactic, "green cleanin´" and M2 is up to you, try what your playstyle fits more.
