Generally, it's not the random crits that kill you, its the string of crits, so anything to reduce the string of crits should be better for most classes. FS>TB except possibly tanks.

It's completely true against low lvl gear/RR enemies because they can't have enough crit chance to bypass full FS and still reliably crit you, unless they go full glass cannon (depends from the class though). But high RR/bis guys can have enough ctit chance to do so - and i think that against people like that its better to mix FS and TB (at least if you're getting hit a lot, like mdps/healers/tanks).

Beside sorc/bw most dps classes got like 40ish crit at bis. Healer could reach -25 (even -30 if that is the goal) which make difference.
So Imo full fs is better than mixing fs and tb

It depend what you are and what you face.

As chosen you can negative 27% (with lini) since you gona get a lot of kick in da face due rampage is suggested you spec into it. At least toll that value.

But as a tank with high and even overcap resistence over the debuff value.....i find spec into tb worst. Different matter is my dok where i have problem find and optal set up since i dont hace dmg reduction core to start with.
