Unable to connect to game server with old account

Hi,

I have created an account for my son years ago and he wants to play again. Installed RoR, checked game files and updated. When I specify his name to login field and password it says "invalid username/password". So I tried the same in forums but no luck. I tried to reset the password, no mail in his mailbox. I tried to create account with same account name that I remember he used. It says it already exists. tutuapp
Can you please give me e-mail who to contact? Is it possible that it was disabled or deleted due to inactivity?
