New player here, started a few days ago.
Noticed something when grouping with people, Make Apprentice-option, what does it do?
Is it like Mentoring from other games?

It bolsters that player's career rank to the same as yours, so if he is, for example, career rank 24 and you are r37, he becomes r37 whilst you are grouped.
