The "Very Special Dye Vendor" has a few additional colours to offer.
More colours can be found on the auction house, as loot from enemies or as an apothecary.

Open your character sheet and check the box to view or change the appearance of your equipped items.
Drag items from your backpack into the appearance view to change the appearance of your equipped items.
(uncheck the box to see your equipment values again).
