Failed - Needs authorisation error

When I try to download the game from "https://returnofreckoning.wetransfer.co ... 603/bab7bc" I get an error when it is complete telling me "Failed - Needs authorisation". I looked on google and this is apparently an error that occurs when the site does not want me to download the file? I am not sure. Is there any way around this since I really want to play this game. My wifi is pretty slow so the 3 attempts to download that were met with the error took about 30 hours in total.
