Can someone answer me which sets you have to previously equip to unlock the annihilator set ?

You need Soldier's Ward. To get it you need to equip boots, gloves, shoulders, helm and chest from Devastator or Duelist. It can be mixed like - boots and gloves from Devastator and rest from Duelist.
