Mouse-over issue

Hey,

I have a problem, mouse-over is not working anymore on my UI, I put my cursor over skills, guild,etc... but nothing appear.
Is someone having a tip for fix it before i reinstall all addons?

Check the settings menu and make sure the box to show tooltips is ticked.
