Questing in Dark elf and Dward lands

Hello, I wanted to make a Dark elf character and just play in the dark elf land. Would be nice to visit the Blighted Iles again instead of just playing in Norsca. Thanks

then just visit them with the flightmaster in the warcamp of nordland (book of binding could work too if not bound yet but idk)
