Currently:

1 - Witchbrew does not depend on strength
2 - Witchbrew lasts 60


def WE is very popular nowadays, you can use a full defensive build and still do huge damage
shorten the duration of witchbrew, many use the ability long before the start of the fight and gain an advantage

Solution:

1. bind Witchbrew to strength, this will not affect WE dps in any way, but will force def WE to invest in attack parameters
2. reduce witchbrew duration to 15-20 seconds
