Letter box and flags away

For a few days i can`t see any mailboxes or flags. I repaired and restarte the launcher bit it doesn`t work. Does anyone have a tip?

Close the launcher.
Delete your cache folder.
Restart launcher in administrator mode.
Run repair option.
Close launcher.
Restart launcher in administrator mode.
