Actually, I'm not running that, and the debuffs are still there.

It can help to identify addon by telling its window name in Layout Editor. Also buffhead can be configured to show effects like this, but if it was done by you, you would know.

There is nothing in the UI editor in that position. The closest thing is Amethyst Cast Bar, but it's not in that position.

Yeah, it's definatelly Amethyst. The UI layout only shows the position of the cast bar, but not the ability it tracks.

A-HA! It was part of Amethyst Effects! Took me awhile to find it, but you pointed me in the right direction.
