Unable to change password

I could not log into the game with my password so I did a password reset. But this is a very large password and even after it's activated I can not log into the client using this (well beyond the 16 character max?). But when I head to my profile there isn't a way from there that I can see to reset the password. Thank you ahead of time.

User Control Panel -> Profile -> Edit Account Settings
