2FA / Authenticator Removal

Hi,

I have lost access to the mobile device containing my authenticator app for my main account and like a post I saw a few days back I did not save or I have misplaced my OTP codes.

How do I go about gaining access to this account again? as I cannot login to the forums with it to raise a ticket.

Any help appreciated please
