Search disabled on some forum sections (including Google search)

Some of the forum sections - including really important ones such as the Changelogs subsection under "News", are excluded from the forum search and are excluded from Google search. This makes it incredibily difficult to locate and track changes made to the game. Please can these sections be made searchable/indexable? Sometimes I have had to resort to searching the translated patch notes (which are in a searchable forum section) to find information about specific changes.

There were also a lot of important changes made in the past under the old balanace proposals which did not get official patch notes. That forum section was not searchable either and now seems to be hidden completely. Could those forum sections be made visible (but locked) again and searchable too?
