Logging timing out all the time

Hello. I'm a little new here, found out that you guys are reviving the great game, could not hold my exitement, but I can't log in. Game is correctly installed, but when I boot it up and try to log in into the Martyrs Square server the login times out after a short period. What do I do at this point? The only problem I can see is that I use VPN, but it was never a problem for all kind of games.

It's way easier for the community to assist you because there could be several attempts to solve your issue, VPN is one of them - as you mentioned.

Hi, yeah, apparently VPN was the problem. Been playing all night long, thanks for the nostalgia and reliving the almost forgotten "I hate this squig herders" thoughts xD
