Permanent dungeon, always accessible from its new home in Ellyrion

Gratz on releasing yet an other Live dungeon, it is a great step forward for the server.
But am I wrong in assuming this piece of content is more of a catch-up mechanic for alts and newplayers to get vanq-level of gear, but with only Beastlord as requirement.

However the grind for accumulating this set, seem to be kina lenghthy if it indeed meant as a catchup set.
Fantastic addition to RoR. but i just question if the intention and execution match?

As for the QnA rumor, hope the feedback provided after last QnA was taken into account.
