Seems like you get M2 dmg multiple times.
Pretty much always afk or tabbed out.

Occurs if your group is bugged (new problem with group/warband code.)

If you have a bugged group, group-affecting abilities will either fail outright (group heals) or repeatedly trigger (Rampaging Siphon).
