CP proc all the time.
CP worknig much better at sc then on orvr.

Saying that CP work better in sc than in rvr
1 aoe cleave and the buff proc in rvr, not everytime in sc or you need a high crit score.

Personnaly a prefer when dps KD, they know when they have their burst.

And yes plz, don't use FO in pvp, it's a pve tactic for when your party need a dps
