Just tried it, more STR makes a noticeable difference, WS doesn't. So another vote for more STR from me.

This guy was a Beast on live , granted he`s been making vids for at least 15 years in multiple games , but this was him at level 30 RR 31 , crushing high ranked players in T4 in 2009 before the OP sets and levels were in play .

He ran a regen toughness build most of the time .

I think at that time choppa had a armor debuff instead of heal debuff right?

How this build looks for Slayer? I mean masteries, rr points, gear, stats?
