Just run the patcher again. You're missing some files.

repair is under the launcher's cog wheel
if for some reason your launcher isn't updated. then grab one from here and replace it: http://launcher.returnofreckoning.com/RoRLauncher.exe

server is restarting afaik.. went down for hotfix...
so restart the launcher once it comes back up
