[Slayer] Cooldown/dps priotizations @ 40+

Hello,

Just getting back into slayer. Been reading through past threads and even the bitterstone thunderers handbook that I stumbled across.

Has much changed? Wasn't a lot of current information written up in the last year or so that I could find and the handbook was dated 2018.

With the varying cooldowns not really lining up it seems more like there is a priorization to the skills of course and this might vary more in zerg play or SC play.

As far as stats go iirc it was always str to 1050 fully buffed, then after that stat towards WS - is this still accurate?

Any help and insight as far as cooldowns and prioritizations go would be appreciated, doesn't seem like too much has changed though.
