Sound effects issues

Hello everyone and devs , im here today because my game run all the time , BUT i dont have any sound responses from npcs or background talking in town or everything )
all sound are here but the voice actings , i already repaired the game/launcher several times and already uninstall/reinstalled the game several times also ( by torrent and full download)
my computer is new ( this year 2060 graphic card, 16gRAM, I7 9th gen .
Is it possible that something is blocking the voice acting somewhere ? ( all is on by the sound settings ingame) or maybe a corrupted file that comes back? or maybe just a patch issue ? ( all worked fine before last patch) , Thank you all for reading and hope i'll get a answer soon enough maybe a talk with a dev , who knows ^^ , cya around !

you probably have your vo_xxx.myp file either incomplete or broken.

try this to replace the language you are using:
