Dungeon BB/BE

Good afternoon, I have such a problem in the city dungeon, namely in the BB / BE. For the second time, the boss is not being read, namely Karthug the Raging. I did not die on it, and I can’t close the quest and also get an egg for the quest, but I get a rollback!

Help solve this issue.
