Не получается зайти в игру!

Доброго времени суток.
Вхожу в меню выбора персонажа, нажимаю старт,пишет-идёт загрузка интерфейса после чего возвращает обратно в меню выбора персонажа.
Подскажите пожалуйста ,кто сталкивался? Что может быть? Какие есть варианты?
Заранее спасибо.

во время загрузки локации введи /stuck
