I am playing from NA. I expect some ping issues obviously but the amount of times this "unique" feature has killed me is unbelievable.

Maybe one day I'll get starlink and it will be better but for now holy crap, it's literally the most annoying thing i've encountered here outside of squig herders in general.

Can you try to get a video recording of this happening?

i'm sure i can manage that. it happens literally every day that i play more than 20 minutes
