killing guildleader was a bottleneck

i couldnt get it first i was in tier1 and there was no guildleader and then in tier 2 i joined a warband yesterday but still no guildleader to kill
and the cloak looks so beautifull on others when will the event return?

I imagine it being impossible in Tier 1 so the only chance was to level out of it.
I have easily completed it on several characters in T2.
This event will return but I don't know if they will use the same cloak.

Not to mention the fact that the Witch Hunter quest giver for the event quest wasn't even available at Tier 1 Warcamps. On my tier 1 character I had to fly to Altdorf each time to turn in and pick up the event quest in order to get the 5/5 in order to progress for the event.

I'm hoping in the future that similar events are t1 friendly. At least having the quest givers available in t1 Warcamps.
