Tier 1 Influence Rewards After Level 16

Been awhile since I played in Tier 1 (I stopped playing halfway through 2018 to be precise) and now that I'm playing again, I'm just wondering if once I hit level 16 on the character, will I lose access to gaining and claiming the influence rewards. I would play until I hit level 16 and find out for myself, but I'd rather just ask than **** up the level progression itself. I know the gear is not exactly high end, and I'll out level it once I go into tiers 2,3 and 4, but all the same I'd rather have them than not. In short, is there a way for me to still gain influence in tier 1 after I hit level 16, so that I can collect my rewards.

As Lilim said you can wait to go back for the event or you can just remake your T1 character and start farming supplies level 1-2 to get a good head start on the elf/dark elf and dwarf/greenskin zones for the level 12/12 gear (best in slot for twinking out in T1). If you farm this early, by the time you hit at least 12/12, you'll enjoy cracking skulls in SCs and RvR and depending on class, it'll take multiple players to take you down. Currently playing a WL in T1 with full twink gear and it's absolutely ridiculous.

What I did was using the cannons in t1 (empire) as chicken and run in wb as chicken leeching influence.

Never heard of the debolster event. I know of the .ror debolster command, never used it myself. But if there is a debolster event does that now mean the .ror debolster command no longer works? Or is it now directly tied to the event.
