5sec intervals stuttering in warbands.

Ive shamanned on all client, addons, check all forum and cant see the root of this. Can devs tell me is this modpack help and shoud i download it? viewtopic.php?f=66&t=38278. Game works normally but this stutters suck my soul in every rvr and i dont know how to fix them.

I got it like a week ago and didn't stutter since, but I also removed/disabled addons that I don't use. and I play with these settings https://i.imgur.com/x6yLR4r.png

also clear cache everytime you play
