Most Recent Patch and UI and other issues

Since the most recent patch I have run into several problems. The Abilities Icon can no longer be used or accessed, meaning I cannot change morales, or anything else one may want to do with abilities. Zone award bags in the backpack cannot be opened. Several of the tabs (like the new one created in the Settings for appearance) are blank. The same when pulling up the guild screen: all the tabs are blank.

I have reloaded the UI. I have deleted the Cache. I have run repair twice. Nothing has helped.

Ideas?

I guess there is not enough people with this problem for them to deal with it. I deleted everything and reloaded and got the same end result. So I am assuming the problem is on there end not mine.
