Which folders to copy/paste to fresh install if i want to keep my UI and Addon settings?

Messed up my game files while transferring game from one drive to another so I did a fresh install.

Which folders do I need to bring from my old copy of the game to my fresh install if I want to keep all layout editor settings, game settings(targeting, hotkeys, etc) to include Addons?
