How to set up nerfed buttons for a Sorcerer ?

I watched some videos that show how to do it but actually, I couldn't understand at all how to set up the spells. Like I just open the page and put my spells and open the "effect" and I wrote 1, -, e. But I do not know is it just that. If someone can help me I will be so thankful.
