I fully agree with Auran.

I see no reason to handhold with people who literally makes NO effort for the endgame content. With this I mean, they don't put all the effort in creating the Wb in all those ways that are mentioned by the threadcreator.

You choose to punish the people who keep working to improve the quality of the battles and who really are the people making a big effort in the things they do. With these changes you literally just piss in their faces, I see very little mutual respect in these actions that has been made with the latest patch. There has been some good and some bad changes, but this one rly takes the price imo. Take is as an insult, or take it as feedback. I just put my thoughts out here, since you ask for feedback and I will not provide though last time it was taken as an insult. Well I still will give my opinion, since it's been encouraged by the devteam and I rly think it is in order to do so this time.

Ofc, nobody with organization wishes to face pugs and just run them over, it's no challenge in this. Yet still, the playerbase in this MMO is to damn small to make changes such as the ones you just did.

I myself saw no fun in facing ppl who run engies, knight with dmg aura, dps wp, dps am etc. etc. just keep filling the list. Add Tanks who don't guard, add also healers who stack Willpower in their gear and refuse to pot. All this you choose to support and literally refuse to just kick them out of their nest and tell hem '' Hey, you choose to play this way, then maybe you deserve to get your ass kicked until you make the decision to accept this way of being rolled in the mud. OR. You can stop acting like a 9 year old still asking for breastmilk, improve yourself and try get a real grp together and simply GIT GUD. Be a suportive player, make a goal to make high quality fights. Im sure other guilds who run organized adds into this opinion, nothing is as rewarding than a rly good fight.

BUT. I don't feel bad anymore for killing ppl who choose to play with both hands tied in their back and keep coming to forums crying for changes like these. I gladly step over their toons corpses and look for those who take the biggest step and acually challenges with good setups and players who want to improve, cause if you want to improve you usually will. The reason those scrap pugs soloquers whine so much in city, is cause they want the end gear for NO own effort at all. And they cry cause they simply can't Zerg in a city, it is a player quality fight, aswell with good setup. This, is what has been suported. Low quality, less effort is rewarded. Makes no sense to me. City is end game, it should be highquality demanding. It should deny those who don't want to pull their own weight, who don't want to organize. Just push one button and get their little bags or they will cry for attention since the mean strong bigbois chopped them into pieces.

It's an MMO game we are playing, and you who added this change with city que don't rly seem to realize this? There is ways to improve this game, yet still you want to put it down this road?

Sry for broken english, but prob ppl will get insulted by this post anyway.
Great post Auran, I hope more of the ppl who don't approve with this change will post aswell. Have agreat 2021 guys.

Im aware of that and removing solo queuers isnt gonna result in more pops.

Why arent queuetimers reduced to lets say 5 min and handled more like ranked q?

1. Both realms queue up as solo,6,12,18,24 (no premade dodgers 15 grps)
2. Close queue both realms
3. Match and start all possible instances and as fair as possible ie solo vs solo (last) and 24 vs Xx6 (increase rewards on real 24v24 matches and broadcast outcome including guild names)
(Could even consider allowing 12,18,24 vs Xx6 instances to create variation)
4. Re open queue on the side that had less players during matching @3
(Consider allowing xrealming during open city disregarding realm lockout timers)
5. Start new late instances as long as the city is open and there are ppl waiting in q on the side that had greater numbers @3.

Saddest part is auran explaining to these shitters that there is no "non-meta" classes over and over in multiple threads. Order is just a bunch of crybabies with self-pity syndrome, keep looking for excuses why you can't win or make a damn 6 man to get a better city experience. This is why you lost all competent rvr premades in the past, everyone is tired from looking at your expert opinions about current state of balance while they can't find 1 healer to fill their 2-3 FG for hours.

I think SW is slightly OP. I tested a new system today and counted 7 things. They need to be nerf so that there is a place for the heal and snb tanks. Only life giving bloodletting will save end game content.

Exactly, it is a player problem and no amount of system tweaking will help to this. Only thing I can imagine would be offering better rewards for winning. As the server will never stop giving pity rewards. That will motivate people play better, there will though always be pugs and solo players those you cannot get rid of as this is, as you all say an MMO. Then aside of that, building up guilds, teaching players to play, maybe give them pointers on doing proper compositions will go a long way, you are all playing MMO and like it or not you sit in the same community pool of players pugs, solos or organized, things wont improve on their own.

I don't have a problem with joining discord and I would gladly only join cities (or forts) with my SM or RP (once he has decent equip) if I could use the earned currencies for any char. But since I have to "play the content" with the char I want to equip (WH at the moment), my only option usually is to join cities as a solo pug ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Solo-Q is the new meta => but only for endgame content....For any other aspect of the game group up is ok.

Its Ok that premade Wbs and organized players lead the campaign and when finally city comes the same players who leaded campaign gets punished...looks fair.
