Unable to Select Sentinel Ring

I hope this is the right place to post this.

This is what my TOK looks like:

However when I go the rally master (I tried all of them). I am unable to select the ring because it says I do not have enough influence. Also, I am unable to select a basic award because they are greyed out. The intermediate award was not a problem.

What do you think about this?
