Are all your toons 40 that won't log in by any chance?

Same can join only other character, not for my main char. My main in Guild Hal - Ic.
upd: Repair client doesnt help

Same here, tried different characters, cleared cache, did repair from the launcher but not working.

Edit: I could login an alt which was not in IC or Praag/CW/Reikland.

Can't log in with any rr40 characters. Stil able to log with sub 40, tho

yea I can't seem to log ANY of my 40's....but anything under 40 logs in fine..bizarre
