[HELP] - What is the addon?

Hey guys,

What addon allows to show a specific ability texture on the screen to see if it is ready or on cd like the one circled?

It been a while since I played my WE, but I know I was able to configure Aura to let me know when a disarm was available. It wasn’t easy and took some experimentation, but it is possible.
