The fun part is that a gamebreaking ability in large scale fights remain untouched (now with the new shiny aoe armor debuff only accesible for order rampage Will be more Broken) but a tactic used mostly in small scale got nerfed...

Im still hearing the " sorry...no sorry"...its working as intended mate...

that's actually a great suggestion. which means it will probably never be seriously considered but doesn't negate the fact that it's simply brilliant.

the "nerf" if you can call it that, to Run Away, was one of those things that briefs well as a "look! we did something for balance" that in all practicality, has no impact on real gameplay.

It's one of those theory craft changes that has no impact on ACTUAL rvr, which as we all know, is the point of the game. But i'm not surprised. Whoever made that change should run for office, brilliant way of saying something and accomplishing nothing.

? It actually makes quite a big difference in high level play. Its much easier to catch a Shaman/SH in organized play now.

It's so strong Destro are now winning 75-85% of all recent cities. Some people won't be happy unless they win 100% all of the time.

Don't really know how anyone can justify how stupidly OP Shaman were in roaming , literally God mode with nothing to fear in rvr. The run away changes will do very little to Shaman healing in Warband, and in small scale both Shaman and SH have dozens of other skills to use to survive, sticky feet, knockback etc , still more than most other classes.

run speed/pounce counter is awful design. if 1 side don't have counter then what? nobody catch run speed, nobody escape pounce, is it ok?
now both got adjusted to exist alone, not creating extream cases.

this change was well considered from SW/SH mid range patch in my opinion.
mid range was inevitable. but too many catching skills in mid range.
reduce pounce little bit, also reduce it's counter : run speed.

1 patch fixed a lot of imbalances.
AM/shaman, mSW/mSH etc.
you'll see after a month. like rSW are rumored to be good now.

This is an IQ test situation for the attackers. If a fg are so stupid and terrible to get kited for a full minute by 1 shaman the problem is not run away or any other aspect of the shaman class.

When shamans/shy dont use runway tac, and start use any other tac like more dmg or more heal. Will ppl start new drama how much dps/heal have shaman/shy ? Because U all know this classes trade dmg/heal for mobility?

what if that shaman was rezzing everyone and must be killed ?
It's same as tank at the flag you have to kill but not dying.

Again the Slayer main defending a Broken ability with the argument of a failed realm.... Dont worry mate, we all know that order héroes wont be touched.

Anyone is ressing and it's not like the enemy is only wiping, because the shaman is killed.
Since insta res tactic got corrected it's no no-brainer anymore.

Rampage is overrated, RUN AWAY! was hands down the best tactic in the game.
