Recruit Medallion Vendor Glitch

Went to spend medallions to get rapier and pistol on my WH, it glitched and made the rapier purchase 3 times instead of 1. I sent a ticket and they basically said "we don't have time to return items". Is there any way I can get those medallions back? I don't need 2 extra rapiers, but I do need the medallions! LOL
