Black Screen Starup Problem

Hi, when I was about to play ROR the character screen wouldn't load any of the characters, so I figured I exit the game and do a re-launch to see if that worked, when I started the game the cinematic cutscene works but I can't see it, and when I pressed esc all of the sudden the game just stopped working, I never had this issue before when I played this game and now all of the sudden it's unplayable, is there a way to fix this issue, if not I'll report this in bug tracker.

I have the same issue.
Ever since the update the game launches but immideatly becomes a blackscreen.
Trailer can be heard in the backround and then thats it. As soon as the trailer is done nothing is loading just constant blackscreen.

Nevermind, I figured it out.
Since the update I didn't close my launcher.
After actually restarting the launcher itself it downloaded the update and now it works.
