Stuttering every 2-3 seconds only when in a WB

Total guess here. But you are running no addons(it appears), and the stuttering ONLY occurs in a WB. The Stuttering appears to be on an interval, which makes me believe it is either from Enemy or another addon which is sending out party/WB wide commands of some sort.

Does this occur when you join any wb? You said when you play your main, does this mean your other characters are NOT experiencing this issue? In that case, there is an issue somewhere on that characters UI/addons. Easiest solution would be to create an entirely new Profile for that toon. Go too XXX\Warhammer Online - Return of Reckoning\user\settings\Martyrs Square and find the profile for that character, remove it(move it to another folder, dont delete just in case), then start the game, login to the character. The game will create a new profile.

Otherwise, I would suggest you install and utilize the Enemy addon as well as some of the basic addons that come with the Torrent install of the game.

I noticed this issue two weeks ago. I didn't have that problem before. I was running enemy and some other addons back then. I thought it was related to the addons and I tried to disable them one by one. It didn't fix the issue. Then I removed all addons from the Addons folder and deleted the profile in user\settings\Martyrs Square and the problem still continued with the original user interface and no addons.

Yes the weird thing is it only happens with my main which is a RR81 zealot. I tried it with my alt, level 14 choppa. Joined the same open warbands in the IC but I had no stutter issue with it. I tried different wbs and always have this issue with main. More people in the wb creates more stutter. I had no stutter or very low stutter that I can't notice with 6 men. Also stutter disappears when I join the city instance with the wb I had stutter issue with.

I also have the same issue, thanks for bringing this up. Problem is this get worse when collision happens in RVR wb vs wb fights, totally decreases the amount of joy taken from the game. Hope there will be cause and solution found soon.

I had the same problem, I reinstalled the game dident work. I then downloaded the game again not the torrent this time and for me the game runs smoother now. Don't know if there's a difference. But worked for me.

Are you using Discord? Because I had the exact same issue. And found out that if I close Discord, the stutter is gone.

It happens whit 95% of the server population. Your game start to stutter after some time playing .. Its something related whit server RAM memory.
