Player count on landing page

I wondered how the player count on the landing page makes sense:

495 total players
61 in t1
368 in t2+

However 61 + 368 = 429 and not 495 where are the missing 66?

As far i know T1 and T2+ count the players in ORVR in that moment => the rest are in any other place: PVE/SCs/whatever

They are hanging out in altdorf and ic

They are doing PQ, standing at SC turn in mob in the city, or guarding the mailbox in the Warcamp.
