Friendly targets problem

Hello,
The first of all i have to say i'm new player so I do not get all things yet.
I have an problem with targeting in game. It's all about targeting friendly characters and npc's cause enemy characters got normal sword icon to attack. I recognized on yt films that everybody targeting with mouse cursor have dialog icon (like chat / text bubble). I don't have this icon and then, when i targeting friendly npc my game freezes for 1-2 secs which is so annoying.
Is anybody knows what the problem can be? I followed exactly installation guide :/

Do you have any addons enabled? If so, I would start by disabling them and see if you still have that issue. If that solves it just enable the addons one by one until you find the one causing the problem.

I have no addons, i tried to install some to fix that but it still not working...maybe I'll try reinstall game :/
