Lower my XP rate??

Hello All!

I returned to the game (for the second time) a few weeks ago.

Isn't there some item I can buy that will temporarily lower my rate of XP gain?

A friend of mine and I are leveling at roughly the same time. But sometimes I want to play for a bit when he can't....mostly so I can PVE to get gold. But I don't want to blow way on past him in level.

Yes, you can by a scroll from a vendor in T2 Emp WC (as an example) to reduce your XP gain.
It works from r16.

yeah, you can buy a [Instructor's Boon] (you can click on the link for more information) almost everywhere...just go to a Quartermaster!
