edit:oh its Turkish "yoluna erişim reddedildi." means "access denied" "konum" means "location"

Remove the write protection on all game files and subdirectories

Make sure torrent is off
If nessasary add game directory to anti virus exceptions

Torrent is recommended way to download.
Once you have downloaded turn the torrent off or stop it from using the same directory for seed as u are using as game and make sure game files are not write protected.
